Lift Set Up
📷
Position camera at 45 degrees from the end of the bench, at referee height (roughly bench height), approximately 2-3 metres away. This gives the best view of elbow lockout, pause, and chest contact.
⚡ Velocity Estimation — Plate Calibration Required
A plate-calibrated velocity estimate is available for side-on footage. To enable this, a 450mm diameter plate must be clearly visible in the video. Standard 450mm plates are typically a standard 20kg or 25kg calibrated steel competition plate or an Olympic bumper plate. Confirm below to enable plate-calibrated AI velocity estimation.
